Russia’s electronic warfare, S-300s for Syria to be aired at Trump-Netanyahu meeting

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu takes off for the UN General Assembly session in New York after Tuesday’s urgent Israeli cabinet meeting on Russia’s declaration of an anti-Israel electronic war and delivery in two weeks of S-300 air defense missiles to Syria, in the wake of the Il-20 air crash. In his phone call to President Vladimir Putin on Monday, the prime minister held Syria and Iran responsible for the disaster. As DEBKAfile reported earlier, the new Russian measures in Syria will be aired at Netanyahu’s forthcoming meeting on Wednesday with US President Donald Trump on the assembly’s sidelines. Trump will address the forum Tuesday night; Netanyahu on Thursday.
