Russia transfers tactical nuclear weapons to  Belarus

For the first time in 31 years, Moscow has begun transferring elements of its tactical nuclear weapons outside the country, to neighboring Belarus, which also borders on Ukraine. A Russian spokesman said: “The warheads are already on the move for the first time since 1991.” US officials commented that their relocation does not affect American nuclear policy.
