Palestinians shot trying to ram, stab soldiers outside Ofra

A Palestinian tried to run down IDF soldiers guarding the Ofra checkpost outside Ramallah Friday night. He then jumped out of the vehicle and came at them with a knife. The soldiers, escaping injury, opened fire to stop the assailant. He later died of his wounds. Later, there were gunshots at the gates of Ofra. No one was hurt.
