Netanyahu: We have a standing policy against Iran in Syria

Referring to the Israeli air strike in Damascus on Sunday, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu commented from Chad: “We have a standing policy to prevent Iran from taking up permanent military presence in Syria and of hitting anyone wishing to harm us.” He added: “This policy does not change when I am out of the country.”  Netanyahu said that the report of a Russian warning to Israel to halt its air strikes on Damascus airport “does not represent what was said in our talks.” The prime minister said he will decide whether to allow the January installment of Qatari funding to go through to Gaza when he returns home.

Dont allow the funding of the terrorists and take the money and invest it in better public transport in Juda and Shomron.
This will be a strong signal to the terrorists. Also cut electricity and water supplies so they will need to safe a lot on consumption which reminds them to behave.

Give the money to childrens charities in Gaza, via the womenfolk, but be sure to have the cameras ready as Hammas abuses them. whilst stealing the money.
