Israeli Arabs set upon an Israel commando and snatch his weapon

A soldier of the IDF commando brigade on a lone navigation drill was set upon by two suspected Israeli Arabs who made off with his weapon after a struggle. The soldier suffered a face wound. The assailants stalked their prey in a vehicle before jumping out and blocking his path. The chief of staff Lt. Gen. Aviv Kochavi took a grave view of the incident and said it had crossed a red line. The incident occurred near the Arab town of Shefaram in central Israel.
