First Israeli fatality from coronavirus – a man of 88

An 88-year old man with background illnesses Friday became the first Israeli to die of coronavirus since its eruption. He was admitted to Shaare Tzedek Hospital in Jerusalem a week ago and had since undergone CPR following a heart attack. Of the 705 confirmed cases on Friday, 12 are in serious condition, three critical – a man of 45 and three women aged 91, 89 and 57.

In the UK. PM Boris Johnson Friday ordered all places of entertainment, pubs, restaurants, cafes and leisure centers closed to contain the spread of coronavirus after 39 deaths.
