A Russian spy ship patrols US East Coast
A Russian spy ship, the SSV-175 Viktor Leonov, was spotted patrolling off the East Coast of the United States, 70 miles off the coast of Delaware, on Tuesday morning, the first such patrol since President Trump took office, It was in international waters and heading north. The Leonov last sailed near the US in April 2015. It is capable of intercepting communications or signals, as well as measuring US Navy sonar capability.
