A Palestinian who tried shooting up an Israel tour bus injured by IDF fire

IDF forces securing a busload of students visiting the Tel Dothan site in northern Samaria came under fire on Monday from two Palestinians. One was injured by return IDF fire and the second got away with the gun. There were no other casualties. Dothan is first mentioned in Genesis as the place where Joseph’s brothers sold him to Ishmaelite merchants. It holds remains of a large Israelite complex with Hebrew inscriptions.

The IDF needs to work on its marksmanship; the one who got away with the gun should have been shot as well!

Shooting a terrorist who is actively shooting should not be discouraged .
Hopefully the soldiers were not swayed by fears the courts would punish them for neutralizing the terrorist.

One volley from a sub-machine gun would have taken care of both rats, but IDF is frightened..!
